What
kind of cost and commitment do I need to make?
We know that the complexity and difficulty level of a program
varies with target market, company size, decision makers,
industry type, your competition level, geographic location
and the list goes on. Each level of difficulty requires a
unique skill set and resources to be successful on your program.
We do not simply charge the same rate across the board by
placing all programs in the same box like many of our competitors
do. You should only pay for what you need, period. Program
options are matched and priced according to the required skill
sets and experience level of the Agents who represent your
company. The resources necessary and complexity of the program
are also included in all program options. Many others in the
industry simply quote you a price without being able to justify
or explain the costs. We have programs for as little as a
twenty hour commitment. You only have to pay for what you
need and/or can afford.
Where are your people
located ?
We are based in the USA and do not outsource our staff to
any other country. Our agents and management staff are all
located in North America. Many of our competitors have a USA
corporate address, but they use people in other countries
to represent yours. If your program requires calling businesses
in North America, it’s important that your team is also
located in North America.
Are you a call center
or a business development company?
We are not a call center. We are a business development
firm. Call centers are typically brick and mortar dialing
rooms that might be good for business to consumer programs,
not B2B. We specialize in B2B sales and support solutions.
We do not use predictive dialers like, read scripts, and work
in stuffy cubicles with noisy distractions from other employees.
Do you do direct telesales?
Yes. Unlike many companies who only do lead generation and
appointment setting, we do both. We have two very distinct
skill set groups of business development agents, lead generators
and closers. We assign our skilled closers to all direct sales
programs.
How do I know when
the work is being done and when?
We have designed and built our own proprietary system called
VTRAX. Our clients and staff LOVE this system. It is an online
system that gives you a direct looking glass into your program.
It features online real time reports and a direct snapshot
overview into your campaigns. Unlike CRMs like Sales Force,
it was built to be extremely fast when moving from lead to
lead. It will show you detailed performance metrics and exact
time used on your program to date. It also features intelligent
email drip and automation for a highly effective multi touch

How involved will
I need to be?
Grindstone understands that you are outsourcing this function
partly to free up your time so you can focus on your business.
You can be as involved as you would like to be or not at all.
We encourage your involvement during the preparation and launch
phase of your program.
How do you protect
my company’s reputation and Image?
We take our reputation very seriously. The only way to do
this is to take yours just as seriously. We conduct our programs
with highest level of professionalism. Our company is focused
on our client’s success and we operate as an extension
of your company. Our staff consists of seasoned professionals.
Our management team implements daily quality control to ensure
your company’s brand and reputation is conveyed as you
yourself were on the phone.
Do you work on a performance
basis?
Yes. However you must understand that very few people are
lining up to work on this basis only. Turnover is very high
and the program usually never gets off the ground. These programs
are also susceptible to forced leads and poor quality. Additionally
because of all the many variables such as your value proposition,
target market, decision maker title, geographic market, etc.
make it very difficult for us to predict exact results. However,
the fair approach to this is upon completion of initial pilot
program, we should be able to accurately quote you on a per
lead or appointment basis. We will then be able to have obtained
a true performance benchmark from the metrics achieved during
the pilot. This also solves the problem of finding talented
agents willing to work your program because they know what
they are able to produce from the pilot. Of course you may
also want the option of staying at your known fixed hourly
fee. We usually charge a premium when switching to a 100%
performance basis in order to make it attractive enough to
keep the same agents working your program.
